A school class playing outside and four groups of two children hold their hands together high in the air, so all other children can walk under it. They sing a song and at the end of it all four groups let fall their hands downwards, so in most cases a child is caught between the hands. This child must answer a question and depending the answer she gives, she then must stand either left or right behind one of the children.  Then the song starts again and will be continued till all kids are caught.

Fugleæg – Denmark

Fugleæg Europe Denmark Running around Props: climbstructure N.o.p.: 3 >     One of the children is the tagger in this game. All children has to stay within the borders of the climbstructure and nobody is allowed to touch the ground. The tagger must catch you and if so, you are out and wait until all children are tagged. The last kid being tagged is the new tagger in next game, but other rules may have been agreed before the game started.

Kluddermor – Denmark

Kluddermor Europe Denmark Exerting game No props N.o.p.: The children stand in a circle and choose a child, who will be ‘Kluddermor’. She then stands a little distance from the children in the circle, who are winding themselves into an immovable mess of bodies. When they can’t move any more, they call in the help of ‘Kluddermor’, who will unravel them out of their entangled positions. There is one condition in this game: the children must hold their hands at all times! When ‘Kluddermor’ is ready with her job, another child is chosen to be the next ‘Kluddermor’.

Pind – Denmark

Two girls are standing opposite of each other and one has the pencil on top of her hand . The other girl must try to pick up the pencil as quick as possible and then try to hit the other girl on her hand. But she may withdraw her hand at the moment the girl picks up the pencil. When the hand is missed, the game starts with the other girl as pencil handhitter.

This most friendly game needs always one player more than there are trees. Make fast run between the trees: who will first arriving at the tree? Good game, because everybody will get as many chances as there are children making mistakes in the game.
